If Humans Shrunk by 50%, What Would the World Be Like?

The idea of The Incredible Shrinking Man is from a homonymous American science fiction movie about a man who becomes smaller and smaller. Based on this concept, artist Arne HENDRIKS developed this comprehensive project which has turned into a long-term research proposal. He hypothesizes that once humans shrink, they reduce their consumption of resources and may even develop a plan for peaceful coexistence with the earth in the 21st century as the population explodes.
