My Box of Memories Exhibition: Bringing New Meaning to Everyday Objects

During the My Box of Memories Exhibition, works created by 37 families were on display in C-LAB’s West i-CENTER. Artists CHEN Han-Sheng and LIU Sing-Yu of the art collective Walking Grass Agriculture led a workshop in which participants of all ages learned about the plants and military structures within C-LAB Park, in addition to the environment of neighboring Bade Market. Incorporating cardboard boxes, which are easily obtained everyday items, participants recorded the memories of their visit to C-LAB and Taipei with woodblock prints, various devices, videos, and drawings.
